About Anna Davis, PhD, RYT

Anna has a doctorate in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of Washington and an undergradauate degree in Neuroscience from Smith College (Northampton, MA). Her most recent laboratory studies examined the role of electrical activity in Ascidian development. She was part of a small team at the UW that developed educational software to teach cell physiology to undergraduate students. In addition to her scientific pursuits, Anna is a certified yoga instructor. Anna has trained at Harvard's Benson Henry Insititue for Mind-Body Medicine and is certified to teach their Mind-Body Program for Fertility. She has produced two commercially successful yoga DVD's:

Bend Breathe and Conceive a yoga DVD designed to help couples with fertility challenges

Healthy Mom, Happy Baby a yoga DVD specially designed for women during their pregancies
