Week 1     Jan 5 - 11

Lots to do. Review the following:

  1. Online Course Guidelines--General guidelines for online work.
  2. Grade Flow Chart--Where the points are!
  3. Syllabus--General information about the class.
  4. WebCTtutorial--A very bare bones description of some key components on WEBCT. If you haven't used WEBCT this will help some (created by your instructor).
  5. WebCT Tutorial from NSCC--more detailed tutorial created by various contributors at NSCC
  6. Read this post to set up your North Seatle email account and Google Documents
  7. Email me for the password for the protected material
  8. Become acquainted with WebCt, Syllabus, Case Study Guidelines, Learning objective guidelines, Case studies, and extra credit
  9. Reply to the Introduction thread and post a bit about yourself.

  1. Sign up for a group in the case study 1 discussion area.
  2. Please create a google/northseattle document to answer the case study completly on your own
  3. Share this completed documente with your team and the instructor
  4. Create a consensus paper (one of you should create a 'group' document and share it with everyone)
  5. Once you have completed the consensus paper, share it with your instructor .
