Remember to use your keywords in your research. For instance if your are researching the affect of tv viewing on children, your keywords are tv and children. Don't forget to use other terms as well, for instance, instead of tv, try television. If you are researching global warming, you can also search using the term climate change.
eLibrary is a library resource that contains online reference books (dictionaries and encyclopedias) and articles from magazines and newspapers. Reference books and published articles are good resources for college students. Use eLibrary to find:

You will find eLibrary on the library website, under Search for Articles / Periodical databases. You can search eLibrary from home. Log in with your Student ID and last name.
Websites are often your best source of current (up to date) information on your topic. Try to find good websites for your research. Many websites are not good resources. If you aren't sure, check with your teacher or a librarian.
