In case of an inmediate emergency Joaquin's insurance hospital is Northwestern Hospital which is very close to NSCC (on Meridian).  The ambulance unit should be given this information to make sure that he is not taken to another hospital.
One brief question, Is there any reason why Joaquin brought home a copy of my e-memo to you with our own emergency numbers?  They are still the same as per e-mail, and and also as per the official emergency contact form refilled as recently as this past August.  Thank you.

The doctor found that Joaquin has tendonitis in his right arm, and a severe inflammation of his abdomen.  He wants him in light duties until his hernia surgery which is going to be performed sometime before October, 14, 2005.  He wrote you an official note for your records. Joaquin will be delivering it to you tonight.

Thank you for your help and cooperation.
