Dale Chihuly is a local artist who has an international reputation in the glass arts.   His work has been shown in Venice along the Grand Canal and in the Kew Garden Arboretum in London, England. He is responsible to the development of the Glass Museum in Tacoma and has a major studio on the north side of Lake Union.  This was  a gift to a past president of the college.  

This piece is on display inside the president's office.
