Select a global Issue and provide a 3-6 minute report

1. define the issue
2. identify the global and regional "players" on the issue
3. identify the NGO's involved with the problem (both as cause and/or solution
4. some theoretical (Liberal, Realist, Radical) analysis and/or prediction.
