Pre-Test

We had a pre-test (common to all 141 sections) on Thursday 4/7. The scores are posted on Wamap. The main conclusion one can draw is that you need a strong refresh in Algebra. The scoring was rigid (no partial credit, hence some lost 1 or 2 points to minutiae), and here is a summary:

Everyone is different, so you are all urged to look up your test, and compare it to the solutions that have been posted on line. A few recurrent mistakes that really should not happen are listed in this file.
