IT 111 Internet & Web Authoring Using XHTML
Welcome to IT 111. The goal of this course is to provide you with a strong foundation in hand-coding web content using XHTML and CSS. By the end of the quarter, you should be able to create a web site for a small business, non-profit organization, or a hobby that looks good and works.
What's New
Here are some important announcements:
- I've just posted a link to last night's virtual session recording in the Resources tab of Angel Learning and I'll send it via email shortly, too. The session was about 75 minutes long and the last half hour I had several examples of XHTML and CSS common coding errors which we found using the validators.
- Here are three excellent projects created by summer quarter students. Keep in mind, this was an eight week quarter. In-4-Lunch.com, Residential Energy Services, and Photography by Gabriela. Each project will open in a new window.
- Check out a few of the web site projects that were completed by IT 111 students Spring quarter - Camp Leha, Green Fern Café, DJ Schmidi, and Blue Chrome Games.
