My name
is Jill Lane. For nine years, I served as a policy and strategic
advisor to a nonprofit organization and state and federal government
officials regarding the legislative system. Specifically, I
worked in legislation and politics in Washington, D.C. for Sen. Bob
Kerrey (D-NE), a law firm, two governors from the state of North
Carolina, and a nonprofit. Issues I covered include banking, e-commerce,
the environment, natural disasters and homeland security.
