Peterson's Financing Education
The Website of a long-established and reputable publisher of college related reference books. In return for attempting to sell you their products they offer a lot of information. This site also has a- free searchable scholarship database, CollegeQuest, that claims over 850,000 awards - but you must register and provide a profile.

Private clearinghouse that buys student loans. Chartered by the federal government. This site has much valuable information including calculators for saving, borrowing, estimating college costs, and college loan repayments. Also, you can search by state for qualified lenders.
