Weishampel, 2009.  Cambridge University Press, 379 pp.  This book is available in our campus bookstore as well as online through our campus bookstore or Amazon.  (If ordering online, you must choose the delivery option which will guarantee that you receive the book within a few days of the start of the quarter!)
