Angel Conferencing
Site for Class Discussions
All discussions are held on a weekly basis
using the
Angel software
program. For
this orientation activity, the student will locate a
discussion folder, read a welcome message from the
instructor, and introduce him- or herself by replying to
that message. The
HEA150 online orientation is complete when this activity is
finished.
 | Log into the
Angel
courseware system. Your student identification number will
serve as both your username and your password. If you have
enrolled in the class within the last 24 hours, you may find
you are not yet able to log into the system. If you cannot
log in within 48 hours after registering, please contact the
Distance Learning Office at 206-527-3738, or email at
distance@sccd.ctc.edu

 | Once you have
successfully logged in, click on the HEA150 link toward the upper left part of the
screen. |
 | After clicking,
you should then
see the course Lessons Page, as well as tabs toward the
upper part of the screen. Click on the "Discussions"
tab. |
 | You should see a
list of discussions on the right hand side of the screen, numbered on a week-by-week basis. You will
be using these links to complete weekly discussions. You can
also access discussions via the "Homework, Quizzes" tab. |
 | Click on the
"Orientation Discussion" folder. |
 | Look for the
"Welcome" link posted by your instructor, click on it, read it, and
introduce yourself by clicking on the "reply"
button, and
sharing some information about yourself. |

campus computers to complete this course, you will need a
North Seattle NetID account. To obtain one, travel to this
