You will have three options for this week's
assignment. In the first option, you will be
evaluating yours or another person's smoking
habits by completing questionnaires and compiling
a summary about the questionnaires' results.
In the second assignment choice, you will be participating in
a charitable walk (or run). There are a few events from which
to choose, with proof of participation due in
March.
In the third assignment option, you will
be participating in a drop-in fitness class at North Seattle
Community College's Wellness Center and writing a one-page
description and evaluation of the experience, due in March.
