Aerobics (PEC 110)

Aerobics involves dynamic, rhythmic, large-muscle exercise performed to music. Workouts consist of warm-up, cardiorespiratory work, cardiorespiratory cool-down, strengthening, and flexibility segments. Includes lecture/discussion materials, usually offered at the end of scheduled class time on various days throughout the academic quarter. 2 credits.
