Jogging (PEC 145)

This course develops cardiorespiratory fitness through progressive workouts that will include warm-up, jogging session and cool-down. Flexibility will also be targeted by incorporating stretching into daily warm-up and cool-down segments. Discussion, lecture and other presentations will center on safety, jogging and running technique, issues and trends related to jogging and physical fitness. 2 credits.
