PEC 298 "Special Topics" courses are temporary offerings, based on current physical education topics and/or activities. Fitness Boot Camp will incorporate high-intensity activities designed to improve aerobic stamina, muscular endurance, agility, speed, power, and flexibility. The course may include circuit training, interval training, agility drills, cardio workouts, resistance training, and stretching. 2 credits.
