Total Body Training (PEC 298)

PEC 298 "Special Topics" courses are temporary offerings, based on current physical education topics and/or activities. Total Body Training is an overall fitness conditioning class featuring cardio activities to build stamina, toning and strength workouts to improve lean body mass, and stretching exercises to boost flexibility. Activities include: circuit training, interval training, step aerobics, Pilates, weight training/sculpting, yoga, walking/jogging. Fitnes lectures, dicussions, optional body fat testing included. 2 credits.
