Independent Fitness (PEC 299)

Basic instruction in developing, executing and maintaining an individualized fitness program. Students meet for the first one to three weeks of class, after which they pursue their exercise program at the NSCC Wellness Center anytime during its drop-in hours. Participation at scheduled class meetings, including the first meeting day of the quarter, is REQUIRED. Independent schedules, class lecture and final exam will be arranged. PROPER ATTIRE AND SHOES ARE REQUIRED AT ALL SESSIONS. 2 credits.
