Hip Hop Dance (PEC 298)

PEC 298 "Special Topics" courses are temporary offerings, based on current physical education topics and/or activities. Hip Hop Dance features a fusion of beginning level jazz- and street-based techniques performed to music of the same genre. This course helps to develop muscular endurance, flexibility, and balance through unique movements characterized by their loose structure, originality, individual style, and attitude. 1 credit.
