Cardio Funk Conditioning (PEC 298)

PEC 298 "Special Topics" courses are temporary offerings, based on current physical education topics and/or activities. Cardio Funk Conditioning provides a continuous, moderate-intensity aerobic workout based on jazz and urban dance technique. Course activities include a combination of larger body movements to emphasize aerobic conditioning and flexibility, and smaller body movements to stress muscular endurance, balance and agility improvements. Typical class includes warm-up, cardio funk segment, cool-down, and stretching. 2 credits.
