PEC 298 "Special Topics" courses are temporary offerings, based on current physical education topics and/or activities. Pilates and Core Conditioning is meant to improve stability, mobility, posture, and strength. The course includes Pilates fundamentals, including exercises to work muscles in and around the abdomen, back, gluteals, spine, chest and thighs. 1 credit.
